Rebuilding a worn tooth

The tooth had lost shape and surface along its edge, leaving it shorter than its neighbours and catching stain where the surface had broken down.

It was rebuilt to the contour the tooth originally had, and matched to the shade and translucency of the teeth either side of it. At this magnification the restoration is easy to pick out; in the mouth, at conversational distance, it is not meant to be findable at all.
