Not every veneer case involves the whole mouth. Where the concern is confined to the teeth that show when the patient speaks, the treatment can be confined there too.

The difficulty in a partial case is the join: the new veneers have to meet the untouched teeth beside them without a visible step in colour or contour. That boundary is where the work either holds up or gives itself away.
