Gum reshaping around the front teeth

Gum reshaping is often the smaller half of a cosmetic plan rather than the whole of it. Get the frame wrong and even well-made teeth sit awkwardly inside it.

Here the tissue around the upper front teeth was reshaped so that each tooth shows in proportion to its neighbours, and so the gum line supports the shape of the smile rather than cutting across it.

A note on the photographs: the freshly treated tissue looks raw, and the margins take a little time to settle into their final shape and colour.
